Registration Policy

  • The individual submitted as the first author (the presenter) must register during the Early Bird registration period (April 1, 2021 ~ June 1, 2021)
  • Registration fees for all participants include access to all scientific sessions and exhibitions during the conference
  • Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Request for cancellation must be made via an e-mail to the Secretariat (aasp2021@gmail.com).
    a) Until July 1, 2021: 90% of the registration fees will be refunded
    b) From July 1, 2021 until July 28, 2021: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded
    c) After July 28, 2021: No refund
  • All refunds will be made after the conference
